Helpful tool!
These Ripple products have helped me to kick the nicotine vape habit. I do allow myself one Alps or Zyn each day on the way home from work, and I use the Ripple to relax as well. I am able to get through the entire day with only one small dose of Nicotine and I can feel that my mouth and nasal passages are not as dry, and I just feel generally better about myself. I am getting more confident that I will be 100% nic and vape free by the time my daughter gets married in 2027 which is my goal!
