How long does shipping & delivery take?
Shipping is subjective from country to country, however we aim to ship most orders within 3 to 5 working days (excluding weekends)!
How can I track my package?
If you would like to track your ripples, please make sure to include a valid email or phone number when placing your order. Once your order ships, you will receive an email or text with a link to track your package.
Why is my tracking not updating?
We are aware of this situation and it is completely unacceptable! This is an issue on the side of certain mail carriers not updating their tracking even after our packages ship out. Your order should be on the move, regardless of the status not updating. I recommend to continue checking your tracking as it may be a case it won't update till your order is out for delivery.
