Great Alternative
I had to quit nicotine in advance of a surgical procedure. I switched to the no-nicotine pods and have been able to avoid nicotine for 90 days. I wish I knew this was an option sooner. As a side note, their customer service is exceptional.

Finally Kicking the Habit
I've been vaping for 7 years, have tried off and on to quit and always fall back to it. For me it's the throat hit that has kept me vaping for so long. I use a Vuse and if you know the pods, I feel like the ripple hits like a 2.4% pod- just enough, that for the first time in a long time I'm super hopeful about finally quitting this year. Rcv'd ordered item within 3 days. Quit smoking cigarettes.
I ordered the Peppermint aroma with w/spearmint and cucumber aroma. Didn't notice the cucumber but that's no big deal. Smoked menthol cigs. Does not have nicotine. It was easy for me to give up cigarettes after 50+ years.
